What is The Downtown Improvement District

Objectives:
The District plans to enhance the physical attractiveness of the downtown area by:

Providing weed and trash removal services

Removing or painting over graffiti

Cleaning and washing vacant storefronts

Providing pots for Color Modesto

Providing trash receptacles downtown

Additionally, the DID plans to promote a positive atmosphere in the downtown area
